Harvard Business School's Hamilton Hall Receives LEED Gold Certification
 
This project has received LEED Gold Certification from the United States Green Building Council.

Architect: Finegold Alexander + Associates, Inc.

(December, 2007) Originally constructed in 1926, Hamilton Hall is 48,000 sq. ft. with three floors, a basement and attic.

The renovation included green design initiatives with the intention of achieving LEED Gold Level Certification. The building underwent a complete renovation and reconfiguration to 72 rooms with private baths to house MBA graduate students.

 

Exterior work included slate roof replacement, complete window replacement and masonry restoration. Located in the basement is an electrical substation and the Allston campus telecommunications system center which was kept in operation throughout construction.
