March 2008 - The Riverside Student Housing project consists of ten wood framed structures on two sites.

Phase 1, situated at the corner of Banks and Grant Streets, consists of seven buildings, six are three stories, and one is a two story structure, totaling 34,000 SF overall.

Phase 2, situated at Western Ave and Memorial Drive consists of three, three-story new buildings totaling 28,000 SF.

These structures provide housing to graduate students.
