The
transformation of the space required the
demolition of 37,350 sq. ft. of an existing
facility with a 5,400 sq. ft. Mezzanine
level. Extensive upgrades to the utility
infrastructure, building envelope and a new
roof were completed. Twelve new roof-top
units were installed to service the cooling
requirements of the Colocation area and
attendant electrical service areas.
Involved in the ribbon cutting were senior
management from Internap, the local Mayor,
NSTAR officials and the construction Team.
