The
build-out of this new Colocation Data Center
requires the demolition of 37,350 sq. ft. of
an existing facility with a 5,400 sq. ft.
Mezzanine level.
The existing one story Generator Building
will receive upgrades to the utility
infrastructure, building envelope and a new
roof. Twelve new roof-top units will be
installed to service the cooling
requirements of the Colocation area and
attendant electrical service areas.
Additional work will include the
installation of six Owner furnished Remote
Terminal Units (RTUs) and three emergency
Generators. Office space, back-of-house and
Colocation areas will be built-out. Included
in the renovations are Mechanical,
Electrical and Plumbing upgrades to support
future planned expansion of 15,250 sq. ft.
of data space.
