Richard White Sons Joins the U.S. Green Building Council
Employees Become LEED Accredited

(Auburndale, MA - 18 June 2004) Richard White Sons, Inc. recently joined the U.S. Green Building Council (www.usgbc.org), the nation's foremost coalition of leaders from across the building industry working to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work.

In joining this Association, Richard White Sons has committed itself to providing clients with the knowledge to help them construct a new generation of buildings that deliver high performance inside and out. With clients that have concern for the environment and sustainability of construction projects, the firm is dedicated to providing the added value of green building expertise.

Membership in the USGBC and LEED Accredited staff enable Richard White Sons to facilitate the LEED Certification processs by having staff members trained in assessing building performance and meeting sustainability goals. Having us on board early in a project will enable considerations for sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality working toward the goal of certification.
