hall allows us to better compete for students throughout the country and around the world,” said Walter Caffey, Suffolk University’s Dean of Enrollment.

As the Construction Manager, Richard White Sons was challenged with meeting a fast track construction schedule in time for students to move in for the Fall 2003 semester. The site whose footprint occupies just 8,700 square feet was in a severely restricted urban area with no lay-down area. Overcoming tough winter conditions and utilizing multiple crews working 7 days per week ensured that the building was completed on time.
