Richard White Sons Wins Three AGC Awards

(Auburndale, MA - October 26, 2001) Richard Whites Sons, Inc. was presented with three awards at the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts' (AGC) recent Build Massachusetts Awards ceremony held at Boston's Westin Hotel.

Every two years the industry trade association acknowledges outstanding design and construction efforts made by area professionals. A distinguished jury of industry-related professionals recognizes teams of construction firms, design professionals and owners for their superior efforts employing collaboration and innovation on their projects.

Richard White Sons was recognized with three of the prestigious AGC awards for its exemplary work constructing:

  • the new Plaza Pedestrian Arcade at Boston City Hall - designed by Chan Krieger and Associates,
  • for renovations and additions to the corporate headquarters building of Family Services of Greater Boston - designed by Paul J. Donnelly Architects,
  • and for renovations and additions to the New Bedford Whaling Museum - designed by Solomon + Bauer Architects.

Upon accepting the awards, company Chief Executive Officer Kevin T.
