June 2007 -
The Riverside Student Housing project
consists of ten wood framed structures on
two sites.
Phase 1 consists of seven buildings, six are
three stories, and one two story structure,
totaling 34,000 SF overall.
Phase 2 encompasses three, three-story new
buildings will be constructed totaling
28,000 SF.
These structures will provide housing to
graduate students, and are within walking
distance to many of Harvard's academic
buildings, as well as Public Transportation.
There has been a great deal of emphasis on
Construction mitigation in order to minimize
the impact on the surrounding neighborhoods.
