Jarrod Dore, Assistant Project Manager
Katie Wilusz, Assistant Project Manager
Robert Viola, Project Manager
James Callahan, Superintendent

As Assistant Project Managers, Mr. Dore and Ms. Wilusz will be responsible for assisting Project Managers to ensure that the program requirements of assigned projects are met and that the construction is put in place according to plans, specifications and safe construction practices.

As a Project Manager, Mr. Viola will be responsible for all project-related activities. During pre-construction he will review bids and aid the team in awarding subcontracts. During construction he will be in close contact with the owner, architect and engineers to ensure that the project is on schedule and in compliance with approved plans and specifications.

As a Superintendent, Mr. Callahan will be responsible for all job site field-related activities.  He will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate all subcontractor work as it relates to quality control, scheduling and budget.  He will oversee and administer all project activities including project safety.
