ALLSTON,
Mass. -- Richard White Sons and Dufresne-Henry
Consulting Engineers (doing business as DHW
Design/Builders) teamed with Chan Mock Architects of Cambridge
to plan the Travis Street project for the Harvard
Business School (HBS). Construction
is scheduled to start mid to late June.
Travis
Street involves reconstruction of a former Boston
public school building purchased by HBS for office
space. The four-story building is approximately
28,000 square feet. Plans include gutting the
building and adding new MEP and fire protection
systems and retrofitting the building with
offices. The project will be completed in November
of 2001.
DHW
Design/Builders is an alliance of Richard White
Sons and Dufresne-Henry Consulting Engineers,
which offers civil, structural, MEP and fire
protection engineering.
