Beacon Capital Properties, Channel Center Marketing Suite and Utility Work

Preceding several planned phases of the Channel Center development, RWS was retained to remove and replace several aging underground utility lines and related site-scape amenities servicing the new complex. A renovation/build-out of several model living units and a Marketing Suite were completed as well.

Utility construction was completed through the winter months to ensure the scheduled opening dates.

The Marketing Center and Sales Office work was completed in the 100-year-old historic brick, post, and beam warehouse structure within a critical 10-week schedule.

The spaces featured high ceilings, heavy timber framing, sand blasted brick masonry, and exposed spiral ductwork to preserve the industrial style of the original building.
