Dedham Country Day School, Middle School Classroom Addition

Dedham, MA

A new 18,600 SF two story structure for grades 6 through 8 was constructed from the ground up. The building houses classrooms, restrooms, a new elevator with MEP/FP infrastructure linked to the existing complex.

Temporary classrooms were brought in to continue classes while construction was in progress. Work took place with a fully occupied active school campus and open summer camp program.
