Internap, Phase 1 and Phase 2 Colocation Data-Center

The build out of this new Colocation Data Center required demolition of 37,350 SF of an existing facility with a 5,400 SF mezzanine level. The existing one story generator building received upgrades to the utility infrastructure, building envelopes, and a new roof.

Twelve new roof-top units were installed to service the cooling requirements of the collocation area and attendant electrical service areas. Additional work included installation of six remote terminal units and three emergency generators, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing upgrades, office space, and back-of house areas.
