(Auburndale, MA – 7 July 2005)  Richard White Sons, Inc. (RWS) was honored with an Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Massachusetts, Inc. Merit Award for an Exemplary Safety Record in the Building Division for the year ending December 31, 2004.

The Merit Award is given to AGC of Massachusetts general contractors that achieve a lost workday injury/illness rate that is 25% lower than the state industry average for Construction. Since RWS self-performs much of the work on their projects, it is particularly noteworthy to receive such an award.
